About Michelle Badeaux

Michelle began in the real estate industry in 1993 with new home construction which evolved into Montero Builders, Inc.  In addition to fine home building, the company expanded into land development, residential leasing, and concrete pumping services. She has been hands-on in all areas of residential real estate, being both seller and buyer in numerous transactions and also having worked closely with buyers as they chose their plans, worked with their lender and selected finishes for their homes.  As a seller's agent, she has guided clients in the preparation, cleaning, decluttering, and staging as well as pricing of their homes for the market.  She has managed her own residential rental company and has worked for a commercial property management company.  No surprise, remodeling is also in her wheelhouse!  As your Realtor, she will share her extensive knowledge of the housing industry and will work tirelessly to make home buying and selling as comfortable a process as possible.  Michelle believes in serving for the greater good and teaming up with her church to help make our community a better one.  She has two amazing daughters who have both excelled in their creative talents, obtained college degrees debt-free, and believes in going the extra mile in all areas of life!
